From a young age the one thing that we are taught that makes sense is to eat more fruit and vegetables, why are we confusing it?
Mel Wells is an amazing food/health coach for woman who I am incredibly lucky to have worked with on all of her retreats.
You’re going to be staying in a beautiful private villa near Canggu, which is just for us for the week of our retreat. It’s cocooned by sweeping Balinese landscapes; rice paddies and gardens and is just 10 minutes from the beach.
Mel and a few of her special guests will be hosting optional workshops for you during your stay, including healthy eating, self love and optional daily yoga sessions. You can spend your days relaxing by the pool, or out exploring the countryside and the local spas.
You get to set the pace; this is YOUR retreat & it can be as tranquil or adventurous as you wish.

8am – Optional morning yoga with Mel
9am – Buffet breakfast
9.30am – Goddess workshop led by Mel
1pm – Pool time, massages, lunch, 1-1’s, free time
4pm – Cooking demo or workshop
7.30pm – Dinner
9pm – Goddess circle & bed
