The plan for the evening:
Please arrive at NR Social for 7:30pm
- Welcome introduction
- 10 minute introduction meditation
- Full 30 minute meditation
- Short break with a rejuvenating juice and a chance to have a chat and meet people
- A short talk from Jay on the importance of the right nutrition
- Another 30 minute meditation
- Wine, snacks, social and a Q and A with Jay and Jerry
- Leave feeling awesome and relaxed

Take a seat in our brand new space and soak up the atmosphere. NR Social is where you’ll want to spend your daytimes, whether it’s for working, socialising, relaxing or eating.
Our space boasts an atmosphere like no other in town. Enjoy an array of beautifully crafted foods by our resident chef Jay Halford, cold pressed juices or a coffee from our expert baristas in our contemporary, industrial style surroundings.
