Vegan Bounty Bars
A super quick recipe with only 5 ingredients that can be made in 15 minutes and tastes just like the real thing only ten times healthier.

- Requires: Food processor, knife, chopping board, saucepan, glass or stainless steel bowl
Ingredients
- 300g of desiccated coconut
- 1 teaspoon vanilla paste
- 100ml of coconut oil melted
- 80ml of maple syrup
- 300g of dark chocolate chips
Method
- Melt the coconut oil by standing in warm water
- Add coconut to the food processor with the vanilla paste and blend. Slowly drizzle in the coconut oil and maple syrup to bring it together
- Either mould the coconut into the bars with your hands or pack into moulds or a clingfilm lined tray
- Place them into the fridge to set
- Melt the chocolate in a Baine Marie
- Take the coconut bars from the fridge and coat with the melted chocolate
- Garnish them as you wish and place into the fridge to set
