The Beetroot Shot – Makes 2 Shots:
- 1 small fresh beetroot
- 1/2 a lime
- 1 golden delicious apple

- Juice all of the ingredients at once, packing the lemon and ginger in-between the apple, which has been cut in half
- Serve in shot glasses and enjoy first thing in the morning
