Smoked Paprika Hummus.
Homemade hummus is the best and super easy to do when you know how.

- Requires: A food processor
Ingredients
- 2 x 400g cans of chickpeas (drain and rinsed)
- 1 tablespoon (25g) of tahini paste
- Juice of 1/2 a fresh lemon
- 1 clove of garlic
- 30ml of cold-pressed rapeseed oil
- 1 heaped teaspoon of smoked paprika
- Salt
- Pepper
Method
- Blend all of the ingredients into a food processor or blender.
- Blend until you have a super smooth paste.
- If you prefer a thinner texture, add more oil to your mix until you get the desired consistency.
