Beetroot has been proven to help sports endurance and really helps oxygenate the blood and aid recovery, in juice form it is absorbed by the body fast and effectively. And this smoothie tastes great too!

- Storage: Drink immediately or refrigerate in a sealed bottle/container for up to 24 hours. Freezes well for up to 3 months.

Ingredients
- 3 large carrots
- 2 apples
- 1/8 pineapple
- 1/2 large beetroot
- 1/2 avocado
Method
The transfer to your blender and blend with the avocado and some ice if you like to serve the juice cold.
Little tip: always juice the pineapple last, it can tend to clog up the juicer pretty fast.
